We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy Account Officer with past experience in the hotel industry for our resort. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting and finance-related duties, reconciliation of guest billing, cash transactions, and ensuring smooth payment operations at the restaurant outlet. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and experience in POS billing systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle accounts payable and receivable

- Day-to-day accounting work

- GST /TDS Filling Work.

- Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material

- Check guest bills for inaccuracies and reconciliation

- Reconcile accounts with the general ledger

- Coordinate with other departments for daily, weekly, and monthly reports





- Handle general account queries.

- Understanding of inventory management

- Contact vendors about payments, inaccuracies, and billing

Requirements

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience

- Proficiency in Tally Software, MS Office

- Great analytical skills

- Knowledge & understanding of PMS & POS

- GST, TDS knowledge

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Presentable, well-behaved, and well-disciplined

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
