We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the company’s accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets, and financial performance.

Ensure timely invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and account reconciliations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting standards. Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary financial documents and information.

Ensure compliance with applicable tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Prepare and review financial schedules, MIS reports, and variance analysis. Identify discrepancies, investigate financial issues, and implement corrective actions.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Develop and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures. Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.

Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, auditors, and other stakeholders.



Assist management with financial analysis and business decision-making. Continuously improve accounting processes and reporting systems.

Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. 7–10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an Accounts Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Good understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure.

Strong organizational and team-management skills.

Preferred

SkillsExperience with Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting systems.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting. Audit coordination experience. Knowledge of internal controls and process improvement. Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent is an advantage.
