We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities.
Handle Accounts
Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Prepare and process vendor payments, invoices, and reimbursements. Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash flow records. Reconcile customer and supplier ledgers periodically.
Ensure accurate posting of journal entries in ERP/Tally systems. Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for collections. Generate MIS reports and management reports as required.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and records. Support budgeting and financial analysis activities.
Required
QualificationsB.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance. Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance. Hands-on experience in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
Good understanding of financial statements and reconciliation processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
