Job Summary
Lere Academy is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Accounts Faculty with strong practical knowledge of TDS, ESI and PF to train students in accounting and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical classes on TDS, ESI and PF
- Explain accounting and statutory compliance concepts
- Provide real-world practical training
- Prepare training materials and assignments
- Handle student doubts and assessments
- Mentor students and support their career development
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or relevant qualification
- Strong knowledge of TDS, ESI & PF
- Tally/accounting software knowledge preferred
- Good communication and teaching skills
- Teaching or industry experience preferred
