We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of basic accounting principles and be willing to learn and develop their skills in a professional environment.

M.Com candidates will be preferred. Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience in Accounts can apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Record and maintain accounting transactions accurately.
- Assist in preparing and processing invoices, vouchers and payment documents.
- Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Assist in bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Verify bills, invoices and supporting documents.
- Assist with vendor and customer account reconciliation.
- Support the team in GST, TDS and other statutory accounting activities.
- Assist in preparing MIS and other finance-related reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Assist senior team members during monthly and year-end closing activities.




- Coordinate with internal departments regarding bills, invoices and payment-related matters.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Educational Qualification
- M.Com – Preferred
- Experience
- 0–6 months of experience in Accounts / FinancePreferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers with good academic knowledge in Accounting are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
