Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Rajkot. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining ledgers, posting journal entries, reconciling bank and vendor accounts, and ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions.

The role involves preparing invoices, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, assisting with payroll processing, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.



The Accountant will help prepare financial statements and management reports, ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, and coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as needed. The individual will also support process improvements in the finance function to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in general accounting, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and documentation, including preparation of statements, schedules, and supporting records.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and basic payroll support.
- Comfort with accounting software and MS Excel, including use of formulas, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, taxation principles, and regulatory compliance in India.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a manufacturing or project-based setting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing organizations is preferred.
