Job Summary

We are looking for a Hotel Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team in Shirdi. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, daily accounting, cash & bank reconciliation, hotel revenue accounting, GST and TDS.

Candidates with previous experience in hotel, restaurant, hospitality or service-industry accounting will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle cash, bank, UPI/online and credit transactions.
- Perform daily cash and bank reconciliation.
- Verify purchase bills, invoices, vouchers and expenses.
- Verify daily hotel and restaurant sales/POS reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense and payment records.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly accounting reports.
- Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and Professional Tax related work.
- Coordinate with HR, Purchase, Stores, Front Office, F&B; and Management.
- Assist with payroll-related accounting.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
- Assist in month-end closing and management reporting.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification
- 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Hotel or hospitality accounting experience will be an advantage.
