? Position Details Position: Accounts Executive Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata Employment Type: Full time ? Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the showroom accounts function.
* Handle day-to-day showroom accounting, billing, cash handling and documentation.
Maintain accurate financial records and support daily accounting operations.
Manage Tally Prime, GST, TDS and other accounting-related activities.
Assist customers visiting the showroom and support sales conversions whenever required.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth showroom operations.
Prepare MIS reports and other financial and operational reports as required.
Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting procedures and statutory requirements.
Support overall showroom business objectives and contribute towards customer satisfaction.
If all sales executives are occupied then attend to customers and support the sales process. Sales involvement is mandatory.
