We're hiring a detail-oriented Accountant (Full-Cycle / GL Accountant) with minimum 3 years of experience. Ready to take full ownership of our accounting function and replace our outsourced bookkeeping model. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and audit-ready financials.

Compensation
- Around 800 to 1000 USD
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete month-end close process (close by the 5th business day) - Prepare and post accruals, prepaid, deferrals, and re-classes - Handle bank, credit card, AR, and AP reconciliations - Maintain accrual, prepaid, and deferred revenue schedules - Review and correct AR/AP entries from the AR/AP Clerk - Ensure proper COGS and revenue matching and flag timing issues - Prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance - Keep QuickBooks Online audit-ready - Coordinate with external CPA for tax and audit support - Maintain month-end paperwork and supporting documentation
Must-Have
- Comfortable working in the flexible US shift (6 AM - 3 PM Pacific Time). - Bachelor of Commerce (required),
Master of Commerce (M. Com.) / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) preferred - 3+ years of work experience with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and full-cycle accounting (month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations) - Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online - Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills - Month-end close ownership, accruals/prepaids/deferred revenue, balance-sheet reconciliations, financial-statement preparation, revenue & COGS matching. - Clear written and spoken English with the ability to explain financial entries and variances - Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
