A2Z Accounting Solutions (a2zaccounting.co.uk) is a UK Chartered Certified Accountancy (ACCA) firm supporting UK limited-company clients. We are hiring a mid-level Accountant for our bookkeeping, VAT and management accounts team, to develop into a senior role. /n /n Minimum 3 years UK practice experience is essential, including hands-on management accounts experience. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with a clear path to senior: you will run client work, prepare and interpret management accounts, and guide UK business owners on what their numbers mean. /n /n What you will do /n ● Run bookkeeping, VAT and management accounts for a portfolio of UK clients /n ● Prepare and review VAT returns (MTD, flat rate, partial exemption, reconciliations) /n ● Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts with clear commentary /n ● Talk to clients, answer queries, and guide them on their numbers, not just report them /n ● Grow into a senior role over time: reviewing work and mentoring junior team members /n /n You must have /n ● Minimum 3 years UK practice experience in bookkeeping, VAT and management accounts.

This is a /n hard requirement /n ● Solid hands-on management accounts experience (preparation and commentary)



/n ● Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero and Dext /n ● Positive working knowledge of UK tax /n ● Experience reviewing others' work /n ● Confidence advising and guiding UK business owners directly, not only answering queries /n ● Full, confident fluency in spoken and written English for daily UK client contact /n /n Please do not apply if /n ● You have less than 3 years UK practice experience /n ● You have no hands-on management accounts experience /n ● Your experience is Indian bookkeeping or accounting only /n ● You work only at data-entry or bookkeeping-input level, not review and advisory /n ● You are not comfortable advising clients directly /n ● You are not fully fluent in spoken English /n /n The role /n ● Full-time, work from home, UK hours (8am to 5pm, Mon to Fri) /n ● Dedicated to A2Z only: no other engagements /n ● Salary: INR 50,000 to 65,000 per month starting, depending on skills and experience, with progression to senior /n /n How to apply /n Send your CV.
