Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and ongoing requirements.
- Identify new business and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and required documentation.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records.




- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
