We're Hiring | Accounts Executive | Tekstar Distribution India

Tekstar Distribution India is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible accounts executive to join our finance team in Mumbai.

We are looking for someone who can independently manage day-to-day accounting activities and coordinate closely with Sales, Warehouse, Vendors, and Customers to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- KYC documentation and customer/vendor records
- PO, SO, invoicing, and GRN-related accounting activities
- Customer payment follow-ups and outstanding tracking
- Bank-related entries, bank reconciliation, and transaction recording
- Cash entries, vouchers, and petty cash management
- GST, TDS, and other accounting-related compliances
- Ledger scrutiny and reconciliation
- Supporting monthly closing and MIS/reporting requirements
- Maintaining proper documentation and accounting records
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve billing, documentation,



and payment-related issues

Key Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification
- 1–4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Good working knowledge of Tally / accounting ERP and MS Excel
- Practical understanding of GST and TDS
- Good knowledge of invoicing, bank entries, reconciliations, and payment follow-ups
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to take ownership and work with minimal supervision
- Experience in distribution, trading, FMCG, or a similar business will be an advantage

? Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹33,000 per month
