Role: Account Manager Accounts Head

This is a full time, Account Head role based in Delhi HO /Noida. He should be from Real Estate Industry.

The Account Head will oversee the accounting function, including preparation and review of financial statements, monitoring cash flows, and ensuring timely closure of books. Daily responsibilities include supervising accounting staff, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling ledgers, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal policies.

The role also involves analyzing financial data, preparing management reports, supporting audits, and collaborating with senior leadership on budgeting and financial planning. The Account Head will work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational decision-making and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Statements skills, including knowledge of accounting principles, reporting standards,



and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Candidates should possess proven Account Management skills, including oversight of receivables, payables, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills, with experience leading, mentoring, and developing accounting or finance teams.
- Candidates should possess strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Excel and related tools.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; a professional certification (such as CA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
