Position: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

Maintain accurate books of accounts and bookkeeping records.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare invoices, vouchers, journal entries, and ledger accounts.

Perform bank and account reconciliations.





Assist with GST and TDS-related compliance activities.

Maintain proper financial and accounting records.

Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting and payment-related matters.

Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Support the Finance & Accounts team in daily operations.

Desired Skills

Positive knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping.

Basic understanding of GST and TDS.

Proficiency in Tally ERP/accounting software.

Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Experience with ledger management, journal entries, invoicing, and reconciliations.

Good analytical and numerical skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Educational Qualification

Undergraduate

B.Com (Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Banking, etc.)

BBA/BMS (Finance or Accounting)

Postgraduate (Preferred)

M.Com

MBA/PGDM (Finance)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
