Role & responsibilities

1.Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee coordination.

Manage recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.

2.Handle joining formalities, onboarding and employee documentation.

Maintain employee records, attendance and leave records.

Coordinate payroll inputs, employee salary information and HR-related documentation.

3.Handle employee queries and coordinate with management.

Maintain HR files, trackers and reports.

4.Manage day-to-day accounting and financial record keeping.

5.Prepare invoices, bills and payment-related documents.

6.Maintain purchase, expense and vendor records.

7.Track customer receivables and vendor/payable payments.

8.Maintain cash and bank transaction records.

9.Assist with bank, ledger and account reconciliations.

10.Handle basic Tally/accounting software entries.

11.Assist with GST, TDS and other finance-related documentation.





12.Coordinate with CA/accountant when required.

Prepare basic financial and MIS reports.

Preferred candidate profile

1.Graduate with 3 years of relevant experience.

2.B.Com candidates with HR/administration experience are welcome.

3.Candidates who have previously handled HR + Accounts + 4.Administration + Operations in a small or mid-sized company will be preferred.

5.Experience in telecom, ISP, broadband, FTTH, fiber, infrastructure, construction or service-based companies will be an advantage.

6.Should be comfortable taking ownership of multiple responsibilities.

7.Should have valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/Tally.

8.Should be proactive, organized and capable of working independently.
