`We are looking for a passionate and experienced Academic Expert cum Faculty to join our academic team. The role involves delivering high-quality classes, supporting curriculum development and contributing to the overall academic quality of the organization.

This role is ideal for a passionate educator and practitioner with strong academic credentials and professional dance experience.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and update curriculum aligned with academic and industry standards
- Conduct engaging and effective online/offline classes.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct research, creative work or scholarly activities in dance like classical
- Coordinate with the Academic Team to ensure smooth academic operations.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans and academic content.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and presentation skills




- Diploma in Kalakshetra, Master’s in Performing Arts or a closely related field
- Experience with curriculum design and academic assessment
- Prior teaching/faculty experience is preferred.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
