? Experience: 1+ years in Academic Management / Education Sector

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage academic operations across branches
- Develop and implement academic plans, policies, and standards
- Monitor faculty performance and training quality
- Ensure effective course delivery and academic discipline
- Coordinate with HODs, faculty, and management
- Monitor student performance, feedback, and overall learning outcomes
- Conduct academic reviews and implement improvement strategies
- Support curriculum development and industry-oriented training initiatives
- Ensure consistent academic standards across all branches
