Job Summary U Fly International Aviation Academy is looking for a dynamic, approachable, and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing suitable aviation, hospitality, and related career-oriented courses.

The Academic

Counselor will be responsible for counseling students and parents, explaining course details and career opportunities, handling admissions enquiries, conducting follow-ups, and supporting the academy in achieving its enrollment targets while maintaining a high standard of student service.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding aviation, airport management, hospitality, and other academy programs.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, career goals, and guide them toward suitable courses.
- Explain course curriculum, eligibility criteria, duration, fees, training methodology, placement assistance, and career opportunities.
- Handle enquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, Whats App, social media, websites, and other channels.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counseling sessions, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents and address their queries professionally.
- Conduct or assist with student orientation and admission-related activities.
- Participate in educational fairs, career guidance programs, seminars, school/college visits, and promotional activities when required.
- Meet individual and team-wise admission/enrollment targets.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive image of U Fly International Aviation Academy.




- Provide regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions to the reporting manager.
- Stay updated on the academy's courses, aviation industry trends, and career opportunities to provide accurate guidance.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Any Discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates with qualifications in Management, Psychology, Education, Aviation, Hospitality, Communication, or related fields will be preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in academic counseling, student admissions, education sales, or customer relations will have an advantage.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, education consultancy, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
- Experience in an aviation/education/training institute will be an added advantage.
