nWe are looking for a student-focused Academic Counsellor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

nEmployment Type: Full time

nLocation: Kottayam, Kerala

nKey Responsibilities

- Call and connect with daily leads and understand their requirements.
n
- Guide students based on their individual needs and provide appropriate course information.
n
- Encourage and coordinate demo class attendance.
n
- Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
n
- Build relationships with students and support them throughout their decision-making journey.
n




- Convert interested leads into enrollments and maintain accurate lead records.
n

nPreferred Candidate

n

n
- Fluent in Malayalam and comfortable communicating with students in Malayalam. (Mandatory)
n
- Excellent at talking to students, understanding their needs, and providing the right support.
n
- Prior knowledge of IELTS, Spoken English, or PTE is preferred but not mandatory.
n
- Experience in IELTS, Spoken English, PTE, EdTech, education counselling, or admissions will be an advantage.
n
- Strong communication, listening, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
n
- Friendly, responsible, and student-focused approach.
