Job Summary

We are looking for a 3D Visualizer with 2–3 years of relevant experience in architectural, interior and exterior visualization. The candidate will create 3D models and realistic visualizations based on architectural drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Create accurate 3D interior and exterior models from architectural drawings.
- Develop realistic 3D views and renderings for residential projects.
- Prepare interior visualizations for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms and other spaces.
- Create exterior views, elevations and architectural visualizations.
- Develop 3D representations of roof and architectural design concepts.
- Apply materials, textures, lighting and finishes.
- Set up cameras and prepare presentation-quality renders.
- Make revisions based on project requirements and feedback.
- Coordinate with architects and design teams.
- Maintain accuracy between 2D drawings and 3D models.

Portfolio Requirement Candidates should share a portfolio containing relevant 3D interior and/or exterior visualization work.

Selection Process Step 1 – Resume & Portfolio Review

Applications will be reviewed based on relevant qualification, experience, technical skills and portfolio.

Step 2 – 3D Assignment

Shortlisted candidates will receive a practical assignment.

- Candidates based in Bangalore: Assignment will be coordinated as applicable for the local selection process.
- Candidates based outside Bangalore: The assignment will be provided virtually.

Step 3 – Assignment Evaluation The submitted assignment will be reviewed based on design understanding, technical execution, detailing, visualization quality and adherence to requirements.



Step 4 – Face-to-Face Technical & Final Round

Candidates who successfully clear the assignment will be invited for a face-to-face technical discussion and final round at the Bangalore office.
