Role Description: The 3D Visualizer will work full-time on-site at the HOUSE OF ARCH 6 studio in Ludhiana, collaborating closely with architects and designers to translate concepts into compelling visual representations.

Daily responsibilities include developing high-quality 3D models and renders for architecture and interior projects, creating detailed visualizations for presentations, and refining graphics to communicate design intent clearly. The role involves setting up scene composition, materials, and lighting to achieve realistic or stylized outcomes as required, as well as preparing drawings, diagrams, and graphic layouts for client and internal reviews. The 3D Visualizer will also support design iterations, coordinate with the project team to incorporate feedback,



and maintain organized project files and asset libraries.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in visualization and 3D modeling & rendering for architectural and interior projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in 3D design and 3D visual communication to communicate realistic 3D environmental views.
- Candidates should possess skills in lighting and material rendering to produce realistic and atmospheric 3D views.
- Candidates should possess working or technical drawing skills, including architectural & interior drawing interpretation and representation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D and design software (such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, D5, Lumion, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) is highly beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in architecture, interior design, 3D visualization, or a related field is preferred, along with a strong portfolio of 3D visualization work.
- Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and openness to feedback and collaboration in a studio environment are essential.
