About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated ERP Sales & Support Engineer to join our growing team.

You will get hands-on exposure to ERP software, customer support, sales, business processes, lead generation, and technology, with opportunities to develop your career in a growing software company.

What You Will Do

ERP & Customer Support

- Provide ERP support to existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and help identify appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers in using ERP features and resolving their queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Sales & Business Development

- Generate new leads using online tools and other effective strategies.
- Connect with prospective customers through email, WhatsApp, and telephone.
- Follow up with prospects and understand their requirements.
- Explain company products and services to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM/database.

Learning & Technology

- Develop a strong understanding of our ERP software and business processes.
- Continuously improve your technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Depending on your ability and interest, you may also get opportunities to work with software, websites, databases, and other technology-related activities.

- Ability to take ownership of tasks and work toward measurable goals.
- Positive attitude toward learning and accepting constructive feedback.
