Hiring: Service Advisor
Job Role:
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Create job cards and explain service recommendations.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for repair progress.
- Inform customers about service costs and estimated delivery time.
- Ensure timely completion of vehicle servicing.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate/Diploma.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic automobile knowledge is an added advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
