Job Description: Draftsman (Electrical/Mechanical)

Experience required for Jalgaon Office and CTC: Freshers with degree in especially Electrical Engineering -preferred/ Mechanical Engineers and experienced welcome [Freshers and Experienced -both have to give Autocad Test], INR 210000 - 270000 per annum

Experience required for Nashik Office and CTC: Only experienced candidates - degree in Electrical engineering - preferred/ Mechanical negineering with excellent Autocad skills [Experienced candidates have to give Autocad test], INR 264000 - 300000 per annum

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Draftsman to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting complex engineering designs into precise technical drawings and electrical schematics by using Auto-CAD and PCSchematics Automation software respectively. This role is critical in ensuring that our manufacturing and assembly teams have accurate blueprints for high-stakes industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Drawing: Create detailed 2D electrical schematics / wiring

diagrams on PCSchematics Automation and 2D/3D GA (General





Arrangement) drawings on Auto-CAD for industrial battery chargers and DC

systems.

- Design Collaboration: Coordinate with the design and production engineers

to understand project requirements and translate conceptual sketches into

finalized technical layouts.

- Documentation: Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure all drawings

comply with industry standards (IS/IEC) and client specifications.

- Revision Management: Update and modify existing drawings based on client

comments or feedback from the testing / site installation teams.

- Standardization: Maintain a digital library of components and standard

templates to improve drafting efficiency.Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

- Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on with AutoCAD (2D/3D) is

mandatory. Familiarity with PCSchematics Automation and SolidWorks is a

significant advantage.

- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical symbols, circuit

theory, and industrial panel layouts.

- Soft Skills: High level of accuracy, ability to meet deadlines, and strong

communication skills to work within a multidisciplinary team.

- Electrical background preferred.
