Key Responsibilities

- Bill Preparation: Prepare Running Account (RA) bills, client bills, and subcontractor invoices based on actual site progress.
- Measurement & Verification: Take measurements from site engineers and verify them against project drawings and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Rate Analysis: Analyze item rates, extra items, and non-BOQ costs using labor, material, and standard market rates.
- Reconciliation: Prepare monthly material and building reconciliation statements.
- Coordination: Liaise between site teams, clients, contractors, and the accounts department to explicit payments.
- Documentation: Maintain Measurement Books (MB), bar bending schedules (BBS), and MIS reporting records.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 6+ years of relevant quantity surveying or billing experience in construction.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of BOQ, contract terms, and measurement rules.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and construction ERP systems

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
