Key Responsibilities

- Develop schematic designs, 3D visualizations, and presentation packages for residential and commercial clients.
- Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, floor plans, construction documents, and specifications.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineering consultants to ensure design integration.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, municipal regulations, and zoning laws.
- Conduct site visits, assess construction progress, and resolve design details on-site.
- Manage client communications, budget tracking, and project timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
- Experience:



Freshers or 1+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp,3ds Max,D5 Renders, V-Ray/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, structural details, and construction documentation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent spatial reasoning, client communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Licensure: Qualified architect registration/license preferred (or actively pursuing).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
