About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and innovative Senior Motion Graphics Designer with expertise in AI-powered creative tools to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animations, video content, and AI-assisted visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and performance marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms.
- Develop compelling visual storytelling concepts for marketing campaigns and brand communication.
- Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Sora, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, and similar platforms to enhance creative output and production efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to create engaging video creatives for social media, paid advertising, and website campaigns.
- Design and animate product explainers, promotional videos, reels, and performance marketing creatives.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and implement innovative creative solutions.
- Edit and optimize videos for multiple platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and websites.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual and motion design assets.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–7 years of experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, or Video Design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Sora, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, composition, and animation principles.
- Experience creating social media creatives, performance marketing ads, and branded content.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas independently and transform them into engaging visual content.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Agency is must
- Knowledge of 3D animation tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Experience with video production workflows and AI-generated content pipelines.
- Portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, and AI-assisted creative work.
