CRM Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated CRM Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, generate sales opportunities, and convert leads for our interior design and home/interior solutions business. The role involves handling leads, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with the design and sales teams, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from inquiry to project closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
- Understand clients’ requirements, budget, preferences, and project timelines.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Schedule site visits and consultations with the design team.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, and other internal teams.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Track sales targets, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue through CRM reports.




- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Collect customer feedback and support post-sales relationship management.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in sales/BDM/CRM/customer relationship management.
- Experience in interior design is preferred.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office/Google Drive.
- Ability to understand customer requirements
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.

Qualification – Graduate

Salary – 20 -35k (Depends upon past experience)
