Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor end-to-end outsourcing activities from material dispatch to completion.
- Manage material requests, purchase receipts, material issuance, consumption, and returns through ERPNext.
- Coordinate with Stores, Planning, Projects, Production, Quality, and Commercial teams.
- Monitor vendor performance, delivery timelines, and outsourced job completion.
- Verify outsourced work quality and quantity as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of outsourcing activities, material movement, inspections, and gate passes.
- Identify and escalate material, quality, vendor, and delivery-related issues.
- Support process improvement, material control, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Handle team members and monitor their work and guide accordingly

Ideal Candidate:
Robust coordination, vendor management, ERPNext, material management, quality checking, documentation, and communication skills with experience in outsourcing/engineering operations.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
