Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, HR operations, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication skills and the ability to support day-to-day HR functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination.

Handle employee onboarding and documentation.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.

Assist in payroll inputs and HR administration.

Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.





Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Skills Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Experience: 2–5 Years

Preferred Industry: Hospitality / Hotels / Service Industry
