Job Title: Senior Pharmacist

We're Hiring!

Curasia Hospital is seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

- Dispensing medicines as per valid prescriptions and hospital protocols.
- Managing pharmacy stock, including receiving, storage, issue, and inventory control.
- Monitoring medicine expiry, near-expiry items, and maintaining proper records.
- Ensuring timely processing and supply of medicine indents from different departments.
- Maintaining proper documentation and compliance with pharmacy-related requirements.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with medicine suppliers/vendors for quotations, purchase orders, timely deliveries, rate negotiations, pending orders, and replacement/return of short-supplied, damaged, or near-expiry medicines.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure availability of critical and fast-moving medicines.
- Verify vendor invoices, purchase quantities, rates, and received stock.
- Maintain proper records of vendors,



purchases, and outstanding supplies.
- Coordinate with the Purchase/Accounts Department regarding vendor payments and discrepancies.
- Ensure medicines are procured from authorized and approved vendors.
- Support regular pharmacy stock audits and reconciliation.
- Follow hospital policies, SOPs, and applicable pharmacy regulations.

Requirements:

- B.Pharm degree

- Registration with Punjab State Pharmacy Council

- Minimum 2 year experience.

- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
