Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing comprehensive business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive the development and refinement of business models and processes to support strategic initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
