Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Connect with CXOs, founders, entrepreneurs, and senior business professionals.
- Understand prospect requirements and explain CXO Lanes' services effectively.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings and convert qualified leads into customers/members.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients. Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with senior professionals.
- Solid convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and professional networking.
- Ability to handle sales calls and objections professionally.
