1. Job Description
Position: Telecaller / Farmer Subscription ExecutiveLocation: KarnatakaTarget Customers: Arecanut farmersPrimary Language: KannadaExperience: 0–3 years; freshers with strong communication can also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Call arecanut farmers and introduce the ArecaBandhuIndia platform.
- Explain the benefits of subscription in easy Kannada.
- Understand farmers’ requirements and answer basic questions.
- Handle objections related to subscription and pricing.
- Follow up with interested farmers through phone/WhatsApp.
- Convert interested farmers into subscribers.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
- Collect customer feedback and identify frequently requested features.
- Build a database of arecanut farmers across Karnataka.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
