Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Amritsar, Punjab

Experience: 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Admissions:

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve student enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with schools, parents, and students.
- Manage the admissions pipeline from inquiry to conversion.

Marketing & Outreach:

- Design and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, and on-ground).
- Organize seminars, workshops, and promotional events in schools and communities.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to enhance online visibility and lead generation.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

- Conduct competitor and catchment area analysis to identify opportunities.
- Provide insights on student needs and market trends to management.
- Develop innovative strategies to differentiate the coaching centre’s offerings

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor the sales and outreach team.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure accountability.




- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education/coaching sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Attributes:

- 3-4 years of experience in student acquisition and school outreach.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Energetic, persuasive, and strategic thinker with a passion for education.
