Required Skill Set:

- Active certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) in good standing.
- Authorized to deliver official SAFe certification training and certify participants.
- Proven experience in end-to-end SAFe implementation within large enterprises.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication, Positive Attitude and executive presentation skills.
- PMO experience.
- Banking domain experience required.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead enterprise-wide Protected transformations from strategy through execution.
- Assess organizational Agile maturity and define transformation roadmaps.
- Coach executives, business leaders, Lean Portfolio Management teams, Product Management, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams.
- Deliver official Scaled Agile courses (e.g., Leading SAFe, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, SAFe RTE, SAFe for Architects, etc.) and enable participants to achieve certification.
- Facilitate Value Stream Identification workshops to identify Operational and Development Value Streams.
- Lead Value Stream Mapping workshops to identify bottlenecks,



optimize flow, and improve value delivery.
- Plan and execute Agile Release Train (ART) launches, including readiness assessments, ART design, role onboarding, PI Planning preparation, and launch support.
- Lead Solution Train launches for large, complex solution environments involving multiple ARTs and suppliers.
- Facilitate key SAFe events, including PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, System Demos, and Scrum of Scrums.
- Establish Lean-Agile governance, metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
- Mentor internal Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters to build organizational capability.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes.

Level & Experience:

- 9+ years of relevant working experience as an Agile Coach

Trade Finance , Cash Management , Transaction Banking , Payments and Collections , Digital Channels , Corporate Lending and Credit , Treasury and MarketsUnderstand requirements and translate into quality technology solutions





Pro-actively engage, manage and build strong relationships with both business and technology teams.Provide on-going support to the technology teams as required e.g. authoring / reviewing test cases, closing out open issues / questions, managing change request process etc.

Identify risks and issues early, plan mitigating steps and communicate these to stakeholders in a timely mannerWork closely with business users, other project and programme managers and technology stakeholders to ensure all stakeholders are fully engaged and expectations managed

Understanding Local regulatory/compliance landscape and working with stakeholders to understand end-to-end solutionsRun regular project working groups

Engage with key business and technology stakeholders for requirements and regular progress updates

Support the project manager from conception through to post-implementation review, ensuring all necessary governance steps are followed correctly and completely

Follow best practice project management protocolsEnsure specified requirements and system changes / enhancements are aligned to the strategy

Plan the required testing ensuring traceability between business requirements and test casesDomestic or International market experienceGood communication skills

Location and way of working

- Base location: Pune
- Working from the office at least 3 days a week is mandatory, with a hybrid model tailored to each domain’s specific needs.
