Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct community outreach and beneficiary mobilization in villages and surrounding areas.
- Identify and engage eligible youth for skill development and livelihood training programs.
- Conduct door-to-door visits, community meetings, awareness sessions, and counselling for prospective beneficiaries.
- Explain the project objectives, eligibility criteria, course details, training duration, and employment/livelihood opportunities to candidates.
- Coordinate with Gram Panchayat representatives, community leaders, local institutions, youth groups, and other stakeholders to support mobilization.
- Distribute and display posters, banners, standees, and other promotional materials at appropriate community locations.
- Maintain daily records of candidates contacted, interested candidates, registrations, and follow-ups.




- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates to convert leads into registrations.
- Assist in organizing mobilization drives, career counselling sessions, orientation programs, and community events.
- Ensure accurate collection and verification of beneficiary information and required documents.
- Maintain mobilization MIS and daily/weekly activity reports.
- Coordinate with the training centre team to ensure smooth onboarding of selected beneficiaries.
- Support post-training follow-up activities related to employment, entrepreneurship, and livelihood opportunities, wherever required.
- Perform other project-related duties assigned by the Centre Manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
