- Overall management of the store.
- Restoring of Brand Champions to ensure that the store is manned at all times.
- Ensure daily, weekly & monthly conversion targets are met for the store.
- Ensure leads are being followed up by the team.
- Ensure lead allotment is uniform for the Brand Champions.
- Ensure finance support is provided to customers with the help of financers.
- Ensure sales SOP is being followed by the store team.
- Experience of Team handling experience, Inventory handling and Managing customer and escalation in iron and steel Manufaturing companay.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
