About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at DLF Corporate Greens, Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, presenting property options (residential/commercial), arranging site visits, and closing sales deals to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pitch properties to prospective buyers and understand their requirements and budget.
- Generate new potential sales leads through calls, networking, and digital platforms.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.
- Negotiate prices, handle client objections, and close sales deals successfully.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and property brokers.
- Maintain regular updates of sales activities and customer interactions in Excel or CRM software.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience:



2 to 5 years of proven sales experience specifically in the Real Estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Gurugram and Delhi NCR real estate market trends.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and deliver convincing sales presentations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and sales pipeline reporting.

Job Overview & Compensation:

- Role: Real Estate Sales Executive
- Location: DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74A, Gurugram (Work from Office / Field Visits)
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
