Key Responsibilities

- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move raw materials, tools, and equipment around the work area.
- Operational Support: Assist operators and team members with daily production, assembly, or site tasks.
- Maintenance & Cleaning: Keep the work floor, storage spaces, and equipment clean and free of debris.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety rules, wear required protective gear (PPE), and report any hazards immediately.
- Task Execution: Perform other routine duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 20–30 kg safely.
- Work Ethic: Punctual, dependable, and able to follow easy instructions and checklists.
- Experience: Prior helper or assistant experience in a factory, warehouse, or workshop is a plus, but freshers with a strong willingness to work are welcome.
- Communication: Basic local language understanding to coordinate with team leads.
