- Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair faulty CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and other surveillance products.
- Troubleshoot hardware and electronic circuit-related problems.
- Identify defective components using appropriate testing equipment.
- Perform component-level repair, replacement, soldering, and rework.
- Check power supply, PCB, connectors, ICs, capacitors, resistors, and other electronic components.
- Test repaired products to ensure proper functionality and quality.
- Analyze returned/defective products and identify the root cause of failure.
- Maintain proper records of repaired, rejected, and pending products.
- Coordinate with the Quality, R&D;, Production, and Service teams for technical issues.
- Follow standard repair procedures and maintain workplace safety and cleanliness.
- Ensure repaired products meet defined quality and performance standards.
- Support the team in reducing product rejection and improving repair efficiency.
