We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller Executives to join our Personal Loan Sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers through phone calls using company-provided customer data/leads, explaining Personal Loan offers, understanding customer requirements, and converting interested customers into loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers from the provided data/leads.
- Explain Personal Loan products, eligibility, interest rates and other relevant details.
- Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Generate and follow up on leads through regular calls.
- Convince and convert interested customers into loan applicants.
- Coordinate with the internal loan processing team for further documentation and processing.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
