Job Description-

· Handle after-sales service requests

· customer complaints, follow-ups

· Coordinate with service engineers, vendors, internal teams

· Create & manage service orders, service tickets, customer records in SAP and excel

· Requisition /Procure parts from OEM for under warranty & out of warranty

· Share status / updates with customers and internal management

· Maintain records of complaints, requests, parts

Required Candidate profile

· Graduate

· Around 2-5 years of experience as data entry operator , Service Coordination role in HVAC company , Air conditioner dealer, OEM’s

· Working knowledge of SAP, Excel, Ms Office

· Familiarity with service contracts, AMCs, and customer support processes

Candidates with similar work profile experience in HVAC Company, with Air conditioner dealer, OEM will only be considered. Candidates from Delhi/NCR would only apply. Outstation candidates not considered.
