- Identify active US job seekers using LinkedIn
- Perform manual and personalized LinkedIn outreach
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Understand candidate intent and willingness to invest in job-search services
- Pre-qualify candidates before sharing
- Maintain basic tracking of outreach and responses
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in Lead Generation / Inside Sales / LinkedIn Outreach
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting
- Valuable English communication skills
- Ability to identify serious vs non-serious leads
- Comfortable working with international (US-based) profiles
- Honest, disciplined, and process-driven mindset
