Hiring – Steward / Waiter / CaptainWe are hiring passionate and customer-focused hospitality professionals to join our Fine-Dine Casual Restaurant team.

We are looking for candidates for the positions of Steward, Waiter, and Captain who are well-groomed, energetic, polite, and committed to delivering excellent guest experiences.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and attend to guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar.
- Explain menu items, ingredients, specials, and beverages to guests.
- Provide appropriate recommendations and assist with upselling.
- Ensure food and beverages are served according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain proper table setup, cleanliness, and service readiness.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining hygiene standards.
- Ensure excellent service throughout the guest's dining experience.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and service team for smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests professionally and escalate complaints to the senior team when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, side stations, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
- Follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Support the team during busy service periods and special events.
- Additional Responsibilities – CaptainSupervise and guide Waiters and Stewards during service.




- Manage the assigned section and ensure smooth table service.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily operational updates.
- Monitor service quality, order accuracy, food timing, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
- Train and support junior team members.
- Coordinate closely with the Restaurant Manager, kitchen, and bar.
- Ensure restaurant service standards and SOPs are consistently followed.
- Candidate ProfileExperience in Fine Dining, Premium Casual Dining, Hotels, Restaurants, or Hospitality will be preferred.
- Steward: Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Waiter: 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Captain: 2–5 years of relevant experience with team-handling ability preferred.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Good grooming and personal hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Versatile to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
