Technical Manager – Site Operations | High-Rise Residential Society

Department: Facility Management

Experience: 1+years in technical facility management, preferably in high-rise residential societies.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Manager – Site Operations to oversee and monitor technical operations across multiple high-rise residential society sites. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of MEP services, effective manpower management, preventive maintenance, safety, compliance, and timely resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor technical operations across multiple residential sites.
- Supervise technical teams including electricians, plumbers, technicians, and other site manpower.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of STP, WTP, DG Sets, HT/LT Panels, Transformers, Fire Fighting Systems, Lifts, Pumps, HVAC, and other MEP equipment.




- Conduct regular site visits and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor breakdowns, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage technical manpower deployment, attendance, performance, and productivity.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, clients, and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and operational standards.
- Maintain technical reports, equipment records, checklists, and maintenance schedules.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions across sites.
