Understand customer needs and provide suitable product information.

Handle customer queries and objections.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Build customer relationships and maintain records.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Follow company policies and regulatory requirements.

RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.

0–1 year sales/telesales experience preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Basic knowledge of financial products preferred.

English + Kannada/Tamil/Bengali/Odia/Malayalam.

Work & SalaryTiming: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Setup: Call Centre

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month
