Key Responsibilities:

- Teacher Training & MentoringConduct induction and training programmes for newly appointed preschool teachers.
- Train teachers on classroom management, child engagement, teaching methodologies, and activity-based learning.
- Mentor teachers and provide regular feedback for professional improvement.
- Demonstrate model lessons and classroom activities where required.
- Curriculum ManagementEnsure effective implementation of the preschool curriculum across all classes.
- Guide teachers in understanding curriculum objectives, learning outcomes, themes, and activities.
- Ensure curriculum delivery is age-appropriate and aligned with the school's academic framework.
- Coordinate curriculum-related activities, celebrations, projects, and special learning programmes.
- Lesson Planner SupervisionReview and approve teachers' weekly/monthly lesson planners.
- Ensure lesson plans are properly structured and aligned with learning outcomes.
- Check that activities include a suitable balance of academics, play, creativity, physical development, and experiential learning.
- Provide suggestions and corrections wherever required.
- Monitor timely completion of lesson plans and syllabus milestones.
- Academic MonitoringConduct regular classroom observations.
- Monitor teaching quality and student engagement.
- Identify gaps in teaching and provide corrective guidance.
- Maintain academic records and teacher-performance observations.
- Support teachers in maintaining consistency across different sections.




- Teaching ResourcesGuide teachers in preparing worksheets, teaching aids, activities, storytelling sessions, rhymes, and classroom resources.
- Ensure teaching materials are developmentally appropriate and engaging.
- Encourage innovative and creative teaching practices.
- Teacher Performance & SupportConduct regular academic review meetings with teachers.
- Identify training requirements and arrange refresher training.
- Support new teachers during their initial probation/induction period.
- Help teachers develop classroom confidence and professional skills.
- Parent & School CoordinationAssist the Principal/Academic Head in addressing academic concerns raised by parents.
- Coordinate academic information and requirements between management and teachers.
- Participate in parent meetings, orientations, workshops, and school events when required.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Timely and effective curriculum completion.
- Quality and consistency of lesson planners.
- Successful induction of current teachers.
- Improvement in teacher performance after training.
- Quality of classroom observations.
- Student engagement and participation.
- Timely preparation of academic resources and activities.
- Compliance with school academic policies and standards.

Ideal Candidate:

A qualified and experienced preschool teacher with strong knowledge of early childhood education, excellent communication skills, classroom-management expertise, and the ability to train and mentor other teachers.

Preferred Experience: 3–5 years of preschool teaching experience, with prior experience in teacher training, academic coordination, curriculum planning, or mentoring preferred.
