- Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through phone calls and other communication channels to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Ensure timely collection and recovery of assigned accounts.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers regarding pending dues and payment commitments.
- Explain payment details, outstanding balances, and applicable terms clearly to customers.
- Negotiate suitable payment arrangements with customers, wherever applicable.
- Prepare and share regular collection reports and updates with the management.
- Ensure all collection activities are carried out professionally and in accordance with company policies.
- RequirementsGraduate / 12th pass or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers also can apply.
- 0.6 months – 3 years of experience in collections, telecalling, field collections, banking, finance, or a related role is preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines.
