About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Staff to join The Organic World. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Ensure proper shelf stocking, product display, and merchandising.
- Monitor product availability and inform the Store Manager about stock replenishment needs.
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash management accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and arranging inventory.
- Monitor product expiry dates and remove damaged or expired products.
- Support daily sales targets and store profitability.




- Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in a retail store, supermarket, or FMCG retail environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
